Our Story
With strong roots and personal experience in the real estate sales industry, we founded Truelux Marketing, LLC understanding the value a full-service marketing company can bring. Alejandro, our founder, has always had a deep interest in photography and software/web development. He further developed those skills while studying Real Estate Finance and Development at The University of Texas at San Antonio. After graduating, he built numerous backend systems and marketing plans for a consistently top-producing real estate team and developed his skills as a real estate and landscape photographer. In 2020, he founded Truelux Marketing to expand and help other agents, architects, interior designers, and developers promote their services.

Expert Photography
Quality is everything. We incorporate numerous methods to hand blend artificial and natural light when producing our photographs. Compositing photos in this way allows us to ensure a consistent, high quality while controlling for lighting challenges. Ultimately, this allows us to deliver marketing materials of the highest quality on the strict timelines the real estate industry demands.
High-End Videography
We pride ourselves on providing engaging short-form videos (typically 50 seconds to 2 minutes) that accurately and elegantly portray properties. Our goal is to properly balance beautiful cinematography while informatively guiding potential buyers through listings in a dynamic and efficient manner. We can also provide shorter teaser videos to post on Instagram Reels and TikTok to drive traffic and increase user engagement.
Web Development
Our web development projects are hand-coded using modern technology stacks to ensure a strong visual appeal while adhering to best-practices. We have experience with everything from backend development to the front-end which target clientele interact with. Additionally, we can interface with external APIs and structure custom content-management systems (CMS) that encourage updating and promoting new content.
